A New Guinea species from northern coastal regions. It is a dwarf growing plant, best grown in a small pot in a media that will stay damp but not wet. A warm to intermediate grower, the flowers are very waxy and of intense colour.
When not actively growing the plants should receive less water and fertiliser.
