A deciduous Indian species similar to the Thailand Dendrobium parishii. A small basket with lots of water and fertiliser as the new growths appear and the flowers fall will produce large stout canes for the next flowering. The plants can be dried out in winter and repotted into a rich well drained media for spring. Pictured is the semialba form of the usually purple coloured species. The flowers are very fragrant.
