A small growing bulbous species, the bulbs and leaves glossy green. A species from Belize, Central America (former Bristish Honduras), so a warm climate with good sunlight and copious water and fertiliser when in growth is needed.
A small pot or basket with a well drained media is used, as well as a drier rest in winter.
