A robust growing species, large plants require a rich almost semiterrestrial media, well drained, with lots of water and fertiliser when the new growths appear.
Paphiopedilum Rothschildianum comes from the wet rainforests of Borneo, so requires a lot of water and fertiliser when growing. Warm to intermediate, maximum sunlight short of leaf burn.
