Must have maximum sunlight, drainage and almost dry in the cooler months, with just enough water to stop dehydration. A basket or slotted pot with a coarse well drained media is essential.
Some growers use a shallow terracotta pan with coarse gravel or stones for Sarcochilus cecileae.
