Type form, from Cleveland Bay, North Queensland. Good rose colour, shape, heavy texture and a clumping habit make this a charming specimen subject. Must have maximum sunlight, drainage and almost dry in the cooler months, with just enough water to stop dehydration. Sarcochilus cecileae requires a basket or slotted pot with a coarse well drained media is essential. Warm grower.
