This species has a terete pencil like leaf. The spike is plume like, with cream white flowers, purple stripes in the labellum, and is highly fragrant. Dendrobium racemosum is best grown on a treefern slab or small basket, with maximum sunlight and must have good drainage. A native of north eastern Queensland, on the mountain ranges.
