A Brazilian species in the Oncidium crispum section. It is a medium size plant with green foliage that goes dark red with age. Flowers are 3 to 4 cm across, with varying yellow barring. An intermediate grower, needs good drainage and air movement. Treefern is ideal if available, or use a small well drained pot. Like most Oncidiums, the plants require a shady position, excellent ventilation and when in active growth, will benefit from extra water and fertiliser.
